The Fansidea Logistics Team is reaching out to provide an important update regarding recent shipping delays that may be impacting your orders.

The United States has been facing a severe snowstorm since January 8th, predominantly in the Central region. As of 5 PM Eastern Time on January 16th, there have been over 2000 flight cancellations and more than 7000 delays nationwide.

A Gentle Reminder: Standard aircraft cannot guarantee 100% operational safety and smoothness in extreme weather. Consequently, such conditions inevitably lead to transportation delays. We advise preparing in advance and allowing additional transit time for shipments.

We understand the confusion faced by many of you who placed orders after the peak of the storm. The backlog of shipments at local distribution centers from the storm period is causing delays in processing and dispatching current orders.
